Every change to the configuration is sent to the player after the publishing. The player will connect to the platform according to its refresh interval and retrieve its configuration along with all changes to the schedule. All contents unavailable for the updated schedule will be downloaded immediately.

Pending player configuration changes
This list shows all last modified players and enables to batch publishing. It is possible to select as many player as needed and clicking on the Send changes button the new settings are published. Published players will be moved to the waiting list.
List of changes waiting for propagation
After publishing, when the player connects to the platform according to its refresh interval, the new settings are applied. All changes waiting for a player connection are shown in this list.
The player list is filtered by the options available in the Show combo box which change following the privileges grant by the user roles.

| 2. | Service: All records owned by users belonging to current user's service are shown |
| 3. | Area: All records owned by users belonging to current user's area are shown |
