Every schedule change is sent to the player after its publishing. A single schedule can be published using the Publish button of its detail page. Many schedules can be published at one time using the Schedules Publishing page.
The following two lists are shown:
Modifiche palinsesti in sospeso
This list shows all last modified schedules and enables to batch publishing. It is possible to select as many clips as needed and clicking on the Publish changes are sent to the player network. Published clips will be moved to the waiting list.
Ultimi palinsesti pubblicati
Successivamente alla pubblicazione delle modifiche, i player riceveranno le modifiche durante le fasi di aggiornamento, ognuno in base alla propria frequenza. In questo elenco sarà possibile visualizzare lo storico delle ultime pubblicazioni, sino ad un massimo di 50.
The schedule list is filtered by the options available in the Show combo box which change following the privileges grant by the user roles.

| 2. | Service: All records owned by users belonging to current user's service are shown |
| 3. | Area: All records owned by users belonging to current user's area are shown |
| 4. | All: All records are shown |
